Thank you for the opportunity to vent. A volunteer was shouting at a follow volunteer and said things she wasn’t supposed to say. So, maybe there should be a training on managing pressure (emotional intelligence) for all volunteers. I love how the other team didn’t respond to her.

I enjoyed every moment from the meeting until on the event day. I didn't get t-shirt and I felt very terrible. Couldn't even take one picture . And I was consistent with meetings.

There's definitely some one or two provisions for the volunteers, yeah... But it got to a point that the active content creation team shooting content back to back inside the extremely hot sun started asking for cold water here and there. Some might actually not have the money to get the water, yeah it's that bad. Each team is supposed to have that provision especially those working under that hot sun. Some people needs to be assigned the only role of giving those provisions to the volunteers.
